We cover all delivery costs within United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and Germany, which means no hidden fees at checkout—just your selected fashion items, delivered straight to your door. For now, our shipping is limited to addresses within Ireland, and every order is prepared and packed with care before leaving our hands.

Processing time: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to prepare before dispatch.
Transit time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time: In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–10 business days.

Our daily cut-off time is 17:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday through Friday.

All shipments are sent with trusted couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. While we always aim to deliver on schedule, occasional delays can occur—especially during busy periods or due to unexpected conditions like weather or logistical issues. Wrong address 

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Note: If the customer refuses delivery or does not collect their order within the specified timeframe (usually 5-7 days), we (the merchant) are not responsible for the refused delivery and cannot issue a refund.
